Short-term vacation rental The property, listed at €2,800,000, is overpriced against the calculated fair value of €1,588,087, creating a significant gap of 43.3%. With a gross yield of only 1.5%, this investment strategy may not yield sufficient returns to justify the entry price, particularly in a seasonal market. Long-term rental With a strong neighborhood score of 76/100, the property has appeal for long-term rental; however, its excessive pricing limits its attractiveness. At a gross yield of 1.5%, the low rental return further underscores that this property is overpriced in its current market context. Buy-and-hold The 5-bed villa, given its high listing price of €2,800,000, is not a favorable buy-and-hold investment due to being overpriced against a fair value of €1,588,087. The economic and tourist strengths of the Algarve region are promising, yet the high entry cost at this price point could lead to stagnant capital appreciation.
Economic Uncertainty The economic stability score of 65/100 indicates potential vulnerability to downturns, which could threaten rental income and property value.
