Short-term vacation rental The property is well-positioned for short-term vacation rentals, capitalizing on the Algarve's tourism-driven economy, which ensures consistent demand. With a gross yield of 6.1% and a fair value that is significantly higher than the listing price, this investment presents an attractive opportunity in the vacation rental market. Buy-and-hold Investing in this property as a buy-and-hold strategy is compelling due to its substantial gap versus fair value of 64.8%, indicating strong potential for long-term appreciation. The reliable rental demand fueled by the nearby coastal attractions further enhances its viability for sustained cash flow. Family rental While the family rental market shows potential due to the property’s size and location, the overall condition score of 0/100 suggests a significant need for renovations, which could deter some long-term tenants. However, the fair value significantly exceeding the listing price points to a solid opportunity for families seeking space in a desirable area, should improvements be made.
Economic Vulnerability The economic stability score of 55 indicates potential vulnerabilities in the local economy that may affect rental income and property values negatively.
