Long-term rental This property is overpriced by 55.6%, making it a poor choice for long-term rental investments since the gross yield stands at 0%. The lack of competitive pricing limits potential profit margins and could deter reliable tenants looking for value. Family rental Given the property’s condition rating of 0/100 and a significant gap from fair value, it is unlikely to attract families searching for quality housing at reasonable prices. Families typically prioritize neighborhoods with better amenities and housing conditions, which this property fails to provide. Buy-and-hold Investing in this property as a buy-and-hold strategy is unwise due to its 55.6% overpricing compared to fair value, indicating a significant investment risk. The stagnant gross yield of 0% suggests that holding this property would not result in any passive income, making it an unsuitable asset for long-term appreciation.
Economic Vulnerability With an economic stability score of 55/100, the area may face fluctuations affecting property value and rental income, increasing investment risk. Tenant Instability A tenant stability score of 65/100 suggests a possibility of higher turnover rates, which can lead to increased vacancy periods and associated costs.
