Long-term rental The property in Gandra, Paredes, is currently overpriced at €490,000, which is 22.4% above its fair value of €380,267, indicating a lack of financial viability for long-term rental investment. Given the zero gross yield, potential cash flow from this investment is nonexistent, making it an unfavorable choice for stability-driven investors.
